After the M.S. Douglas High School mass shooting in Parkland, Florida, students called BS on adult excuses for failing to achieve any progress on reducing gun violence. Across the country, students have risen up to take the fight for gun safety into their own hands.
Our role now -- as parents, caretakers and adults -- is to support young people in any way we can as they fight for their own gun safety. We need to have their backs so they can succeed where we failed!
On the one-month anniversary of the Parkland shooting, young people will kick off a series of nationally coordinated events.
Please support these students by calling Paul Ryan and telling him as his constituent, you want him to act now on common sense gun control.
